Ingredients:
500g lamb mince
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon mixed spice
Salt and pepper
1. Mix all ingredients apart from the honey and leave for 20/30 minutes
2. Add the honey and mix again
4. Cook at 190c for about 20 mins, turn over half way through
5. Allow to cool slightly and slice. Serve on top of salad leaves, radishes, beetroot and pepper
